Minister Rona Ambrose, Member of Parliament for Edmonton-Spruce Grove hosted an open house at the Willowby Community League Hall in Edmonton to listen and visit with constituents from her riding this past February.
Minister Ambrose sat down with over two dozen constituents to field questions, listen to concerns and to receive input on the upcoming federal budget this March. She also addressed the crowd, underlining that our Conservative Government will continue to remain focused on the economy to create jobs for Canadians.
“When we deliver our Government’s budget this March, we will keep our country on course by staying the course,” Minister Ambrose said, “We will continue to open new markets for Canadian farmers and businesses with the 50 countries we are currently negotiating with, shrink government expenditures to live within our means and reduce the deficit, put the predators who target our families behind bars, support the retirement of Canadians, and create the best business climate in the world by sticking to our plan to cut corporate tax rates.”
