THE LIBERAL ENVIRONMENT RECORD: GETTING NOTHING DONE
September 28, 2006
Released by the Auditor General’s Office, the report concludes:
In short, for the Liberals, it was business as usual – all talk and no action. Instead of showing contrition, former Environment Minister Stéphane Dion is campaigning for the Liberal leadership on an environmental platform of "more of the same". Talk is cheap. It’s time for action. Where Liberals led with words and acronyms, Canada’s New Government will get things done for Canadians with a practical plan for the Environment that delivers a cleaner and greener Canada – for all of us. |
