Christmas on Parliament Hill

Dear Constituents,

Christmas and New Years are the times when we look fondly upon the past year and look with hope to the future.  I would like to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas; and to all of my friends of the Jewish Faith, Happy Chanukah.  During this holiday season, I hope that you will take the opportunity to spend time with your families and friends and all those who you hold dear.

As we share love and enjoy the traditions of the season, let us also remember the selfless  members of our Canadian Forces.  Many of them are celebrating Christmas in a strange land away from their families as they work to ensure that all the world’s citizens are able to live with the values that we as Canadians cherish.

As your federally elected representative, I am mindful of the privilege and responsibility with which you have entrusted me.  Whether we have met and chatted personally, or communicated through letters or email, your input regarding the issues of importance to you are invaluable in enabling me to represent you and your interests in the House of Commons. I welcome your communications, and working together we will strive to build a safer, more prosperous, and better Canada.

Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah & Happy New Year!

Yours truly,

Hon. Rona Ambrose, P.C., M.P.
